One could file a lawsuit again or just amend it to reflect the correct party, both parties could have done this without ever stepping into the court room, and I have seen judges allow it on the spot.

Question is, am I required to formally withdraw my current offer in writing or is my text to her that I will provide an amended offer after receiving their mold estimate the owner obtained sufficient .Also, anyone have a wholesaler friendly purchase agreement that says something like closing cannot be barred due to seller' delay or failure to purchase a home .Thanks in advance for the input

So as far as I know you cannot change the splits over time without filling an amendment to your LLC with the Secretary of State every time you want to update it.That being said, you can give whatever splits you want regardless of what is in the LLC docs.
