Nick does not sell real estate .. he simply teaches @Todd Dexheimer excellent points when I go to these events.. its just like BP only probably a higher conversion or success rate than BP or any online traning.. since folks are paying a nice sum to be there.. but you can only lead folks to water you can't make them drink... just look at the BP boards.. 90% of the people coming on this site that never did anything with real estate get all excited then fad away and never do anything.
