I too am new here although not the youngster Bill apparently is and I too did a stint at Boston University although the result was not quite so stellar but that was over three decades ago and I've learned a lot since then.I am thrilled to have found this forum as I begin to develop my Investor muscle.

Real Estate is not supposed to be a casino. 

Strangely however no one is talking about the systematic devastation and migration that could emerge in cities and small towns with single economies like Casinos, Theme Parks, Tourism Resorts, Oil belt and College Towns.

It would be a deal I would be thrilled to take to make it happen. 

The modern casino’s are also fun especially when you win.

I've got a lead on a bar right next to a casino I'm doing my due diligence on.

A simple analogy is to the casino game of craps(which I don't play and I don't understand.)

I would be thrilled with a deal like that.
