We now have 6 properties including 2 in Florida.If you are not scared of technology, research self managing.

Other than that, they are not as aesthetically pleasing (not sure about that with technology now) but they do the trick.

I am not good with new technology, but Google voice as I use it lets me give vocal commands to my smart phone instead of tying the commands out.

With technology advancing to the point it has, many of the tasks performed by agents can be automated, and market data is readily available to determine fair market value.

When I think about picking a technology solution for my business, cost is definitely a factor.
