Hey all,

Wanted to stop in and introduce myself! Very happy to have stumbled upon the BP community. I've already learned a significant amount of info from reading and listening to the podcast.

My background in real estate is very minimal. I started working for a location technology company about 4 months back. One of our flagship products is an online mapping and property research application often used by commercial real estate brokers and home builders/developers. My experience so far with the company has been great, and has contributed significantly to my interest in real estate investing. 

Other than that I'd love to connect with folks in the OC area and learn more about the local market here. 

I also enjoy running and drinking beer!
