@Scott Weaner, depending on the company doing the imaging, it could range from wanting to replace the pipe at a cost of $3500-$5000 to just a cleaning to root removal which will be a few hundred $$.There was one company in our neck of with woods which has bright trucks (PM me for name if you want), who tried to replace the pipe and use strong sales tactics.

Not only did I have to repair and replace carpet as well as tenant's belongings, I also had to fix the incorrect slope issue in the back yard I found to be the root cause of the flood.

I would expect it to come off fairly easy with a pressure wash bath and some soap.
