I've soaked my brain in all the BP information and endless YouTube videos.

Goals are to continue to soak up this great market, while starting to hold rentals and possibly multifamily if the right case comes about. 

At this point, I am doing my best to soak in as much information as possible and learn about the area of Milwaukee (hopefully other people/networking).  

If you need some assistance with anything, have any advise, or books to recommend please let me know, I'm trying to soak up as much knowledge as possible.

So, until I figure out where I am going to work I will just soak up all the knowledge I can:)

Hello fellow investors,I am a new member to this community and have spent the past 8 months soaking in the fantastic advice from the educational material and lurking user posts.My experience is limited to living in and renovating my east medford home which I subsequently flipped (did much of the renovation myself) and recently upgraded to a larger west medford home.I have spent a lot of time digging through all of the major online MLS online resources to track down reasonably priced local properties to begin building a rental portfolio.

I'm a sponge right now, soaking up as much as possible.
