Hello BP, 

New to the community. Love the info, environment, and podcasts. I do fix and flips near St. Louis in Illinois. I tend to do all the work within 1-2 months. I love to talk about real estate investing. Goals are to continue to soak up this great market, while starting to hold rentals and possibly multifamily if the right case comes about.
