To this degree, that is some of what was/is being debated or at least creates some of the basis of this discussion.It does seem that there is a persistent idea in your assumptions that all things go up over time.

UPDATE:Just got off the phone with homeowner and I think I've worn him down with my persistence.

I doubt there will be any crack down at all in this area under the CFPA recently passed.When I made loans, my persistency ration was over 97%, people did not pay for any fees except a credit report until I knew the loan would be funded!
