Ny newbie vision.....  1.)Pick my geography, find a realtor specializing in investors/flippers.  

That was not my vision.

It worked because we had a shared vision for our life together.

The excitement and vision of young/new entrepreneurs is contagious and can make a difference. 

There is a lot of moving parts to actively flipping that if you didn't enjoy and have knowledgeable leads can create more than to many head aches if you don't love the bringing a vision to life .  

Once the creative mind captures the vision, the other hemisphere takes over to codify it into processes, checklists, and all of it comes together in a beautiful way as you walk, talk, and network differently constantly adding pieces and parts to your business model and expanding your base (people, awareness, biz models you gain ninja skills in, and more.....).

Youve got tunnel vision and think anyone who doesnt agree with you is an unethical *******.

Because they had a vision to put people together and give them a better return in Real Estate Properties.Deals are everywhere, be creative, sell yourself.10% savings,  Hell No!!!!

Hard to beat this place for my personal vision. 

At 46 years old setting a VISION for the next half of my life.
