Hi Account Closed, thank you for your response. from my initial research i see a lot of positive feedback on Portugal right now and Algarve seems to be the most popular destination for increasing tourism over the last few years. if you have any information that you can share such as rental yields, cash flow from an average vacation rental property etc, that would be great. also how is the cost of buying in Portugal now?

I got orders in the military the day after we closed that had me moving immediately so I never even moved in, just took the boxes back out to the truck and drove to the next destination.

Does the property experience a lot of pedestrian traffic or is it more of a destination location?  

The areas that I am interested in are surf tourism destinations (primarily focused on Rincon/Aguadilla/Isabella, Puerto Rico but also interested in various areas of Nicaragua, and Panama).
