Hi Keira.Yes, cash for the lot and funding for the cabins.2-6 cabins dependant on water rights.Yes, have capital for the loan.Prefer prefab versus traditional due to location, timing, & contractor availability.I have prior investments experience, and I'm an architect by profession and deal with construction on a daily basis.

You are talking about hiring pretty much everyone it takes to build a house… an architect, a general contractor, his subcontractors, pulling permits, inspections, trusting people actually show up, do their job, do it right, fix what they did wrong when it gets inspected, etc; all the while spending your money while you are not there (it’s not a good combination).
