But, I do know that there are different tenant bases, and that is the point I'm trying to make.If you are in a low-income Spanish speaking neighborhood in CA, and you have a home with multiple bedrooms and whether or not it has one or more bathrooms, it's more likely that they will have extended family or friends or even boarders move into the unit, and they may just put in more toilets or showers, etc., to meet the needs of all of the people they move into the property.Now, if your rental is in an upscale neighborhood in, say, Walnut Creek or Santa Rosa, as another poster mentioned, and your rents are higher and in a neighborhood in a desirable school district, then you won't have those issues.You need to know your tenant base.
