Think of it this way, if you paid to take a Physics class/Language class/Engineering class and the teacher was never available to answer your questions and you had to rely on other students, who may know less than you do, would you feel your time and money were well spent?

Thank goodness they're not teachers (you can only evict them in the summer).

High school teachers don't even accept google as a viable source of information.

Why should teachers get a pass on free market competition?

What about a down-on-his-luck 40-year old school teacher that had started getting into real estate before the 2008 crash when everything went south and his properties lost most of their value and as a result has a foreclosure and a bankruptcy on his records in the past couple years... would you lend him $250K?

Past experience is a great teacher.
