The more household income the tenant has, the greater the portion of rent paid by the tenant. 

@Sherif Lyons that’s a good idea to have almost like a household chore list or list of responsibilities.

It usually lasts 3-6 months, which (hopefully) is enough for the new tenant's household aromas to overtake the previous one's.

This transfers the eviction to everybody in the household, not just your tenant.
