I'd like to learn as much as I can in the next month and then start taking steps to invest in small multifamily properties.I have just finished The Book On Rental Property Investing and  will be attending the Webinar on Multifamily properties. 

However, from my understanding you can in the preponderance of jurisdictions.   

And, no hard work breeds success and no entrepreneurial risk of failure.

I allow dogs in my rentals, but not breeds excluded in my insurance policy. 

Those are the 3 breeds that will lead to coverage cancellation if they find out they are on your property.

I am not from your area but the trick in my estimation is to network all the time and to meet as many people as you can in real estate. 

My own research shows that Landload could NOT charge pet rent and pet deposit for services dogs and we could NOT deny an emotional support animal based on breed.
