@Marc Izquierdo I'm not sure how old that book is nor do I know what the writer means by "traditional" - he might mean something else entirely than "conventional".

Seems like the whole book is just telling you how to think.

Or "buy my new book".I get that people need to make money, but you start to see that people make more money telling you how they made money, then the money they actually made in real estate. 

Mark Warda's book is really good.
