That, and as professional adults, I don't know anyone who would be okay living in the same house as 3 strangers - even if for 3 months (hence why they travel in duos and like having their own space).Recommend you log on to Furnished Finder, search your area, and check your competition.

The Law for occupancy is the same as here in NC, two adults per bedroom, occupancy can be five adults, with proven extenuating circumstances.

The main point I cover verbally for the one house is that we have adult tenants (not students) in the adjacent apartment building but that not something I could post on craigslist.

my local roa recommends a company that charges 35 or 40, and it just hurts to charge that, when there are 2-3 adults going to live there!

Or, make an appointment with your attorney and make his car payment for him next month, LOL If this matter is a real issue for you see your attorney before you bring such concerns up with the tenant, they may be young, but it's likely they have parents or other adult friends that may become a part of the issue.

I got a few meth addict leaves mid month throws house keys to a random Trans homeless person he had a relationship with and they just move in to live in his place Old lady dies in unit , random family just  move in and won’t leave with no job or plan . tenant ghosts mid month leaves boxes of poopy adult toys in bedroom and hypodermic needles everywhere tendnts sign lease pretend to move in , but don’t then strangers from a big city move in convert  building to trap house and funnel drugs out the building day and night Tenants ghost me mid month steal my washer dryer fridge oven deep freezer drug addict inherited  tenant houses a local murderer in the attic on the run Normal tenant moves in learn later she’s a witch practicing  black magic in the unit casting spells and holding meetings  covering unit in black tenant has a toxic relationship with guy they break up he gets jealous and throws bricks through my windows of building . $$ dying cancer patient dies in unit and I apparently  he couldn’t make it to the bathroom and he just crspped everywhere around his bed till he passed away a couple weeks later , guess who cleaned it drug addict tenant gets admitted into psych ward leaves all appliances on with ac running non stop huge bill Tenant won’t pay i threaten he gets mad at me breaks every window in their unit then ghosts me Cocaine addict sneaks into triplex steals rent money from all three tenants the day before rents due to me tenant finds random mutt dogs feels very bad so he houses half a dozen of them in my 2 bed apartment .

For residential rentals I would also say baseball... 99% of the time its boring as heck but 1% of the time something exciting happens.However BRRRRing can be like little league baseball, everyone/everything is going in every direction at once, and the only adult on the team is yelling and hopping around trying to keep his team together..
