hi @Arpan Patel -  A lot of my clients are buying in Fort Lauderdale beach because they have the money and its tourist location but it is quite expensive for any size bedroom.

We sell to start ups all the way up to regional banks, world wide.

The closer you are to the main tourist strip (Thames st) the more prices begin to make you sweat.

Oahu is very manicured with lots of people and lots of tourists...I quite enjoy that.

CBRE is a great worldwide brokerage firm as im sure you know, apparently they also invest themselves. take a look at that list. also the ones that are based out of NYC might have an office in the LA area. 

This is a tourist town with 2million + visitors annually.
