I thought I was over the "nerves" of buying, but I still have the butterflies when I think about a bigger property like that.

What makes more sense  and what are the factors to examine when we (as builders/land developers) are faced with the option in creating a subdivision of building more homes on smaller lots or fewer homes and maybe larger homes on larger lots? 

As someone starting out and examining options, I would, if I were you, take some time and gain knowledge on the options you have available considering your resources. 

Is this just a case of typical nerves surrounding deals early in my RE career or is it no discount no deal?

I'd suggest getting ahold of the 2019 Marcus and Millichap Report to examine those markets.

This first one is a little nerve racking!

After a closer examination you can see from the parking lot to the street there are tire marks where cars have gone in/out of the parking lot.
