I'm sure you've noticed that Car dealers, Furniture stores, Granite showrooms, Etc all tend to use this.Unless you absolutely cannot afford to be close to JT, go for it.

You can install granite countertops and add stainless steel appliances.

If not, wouldn't that be like saying that replacing a cracked laminate counter top with granite would only be considered a repair?

I recently executed an opportunity to purchase a granite business that will complement my set of tools and allow continued growth in my investing business.

Id have no qualms about quartz, but general go with granite in my rentals. 

My thoughts are to save the $9k and spend a little more inside the house (tile shower surround, granite counter tops, kitchen back splash). 

Give me two essentially identical homes to rent and I'm subconsciously willing to spend $50 more per month for the one that has granite counters in the kitchen rather than your run of the mill laminate.

The property is in a Class A neighborhood, so we want to use quality materials like tile, granite, etc.
