What are your plans for franchising/expansion into other markets with this brand (though I'd suspect you may not be ready to share that)?

I think PR is in expansion mode... at least I hope so.. when it expands I will buy all my mid west team members a subscription for Christmas presents and quit sending See's candy or  other gift packs  :)

What I learned over the years is that the expansion (during rainy seasons) and contraction (during periods of drought) of the adobe soil wreak havoc on houses without a deep foundation.

If so do you see expansion to CO area ever?

We meet at my space in Fairfax VA, where I have a large training room (holds up to 40) with expansion space for another 40.We meet to network, trade deals, contacts, and investment stories and most of all, learn from each other.

There have been a half dozen 150+ unit luxury apartment built in last couple years as well as a new hospital and Rapid expansion of the community college. 

This will help to confirm if the city is truly in the expansion cycle and based on that One can decide to wait until the end of the absorption cycle before investing in that city.Thanks
