I call the main girl we deal with and explain this to her and she acted like we were the bad guys and she shouldn't have to pay.

One was a pregnant girl, and well, I just felt my house is not the best place for a baby or a single mother.

Nothing sadder then seeing a working girl pack up her 100k Mercedes she paid cash for and head back to Vegas.  

I've met her when going over for repairs and the girl came across quiet, but helpful when asked.

So when we know we will have a baby girl we decided to add a bathroom into our room to make it a master.

I could hardly wait to date that girl, take that job, make that investment, etc, etc, etc. 

I live in Venice but I coach youth rugby girls and a lot of them live in that direction and we travel there for games a good bit.

Even though they disqualified themselves most of the time when I took the phone call, due to their sob story of evictions...good grief), and saved time that way, it wasn't worth it to spend all day at the phone when I was a jack of all trades and just didn't have the time, nor want to hire a girl to just answer the phones.
