Newbie from the Dayton, OH area!

Hi everyone! My name is Shauntay Alexander. I'm formally a Californian girl that has landed in the midwest!! My background is in marketing but I currently work for the Department of Defense. My real estate background consists of visually building and designing my own homes just for fun...just kidding. I was a marketing manager and property manager for a large multi-family housing company.

I'm excited to join the ranks of all of you seasoned investors. I'm most excited about rehabs, rentals, and wholesaling! I was introduced to Bigger Pockets at an investment seminar I recently attended. Oh, how I wish I would have known about this community prior that event! None the less, it opened up this real estate investment world to me and I could not be happier!

Oh, I'm a mommy to three 15(girl), 12 (boy), and 2(girl), and wifey to one :)
