If yes,2) Can you deploy the 37k you have left to buy that property right way?

I want to know if there are any major negatives with AppFolio if you have deployed this very recently so I can revisit my decision before I sign-up in the next couple of days and spend more time evaluating other software (potentially Propertyware/Rent Mgr...Any others?).

Investors in syndications generally don't deploy capital to projects with indefinite holding periods.  

Are you doing a 1031 exchange or cash sitting around ready to deploy?

These folks are not deploying or PCSing.

After 2 deployments to Iraq, I decided to transition into the civilian world again. 

Money is being deployed foolishly as ever, and many will loose...While the negative responses are to be taken with a grain of salt, at this juncture I'd listen.

We are both in the Navy and both deploy.  

I would not feel comfortable in operating in a lower income as a military member who deploys.
