I'd amend your least with a clause stating that after 30 days, the rent goes up by $xxx.

There is an amendment to the standard contract that gives notice to the seller that you are backing out of the deal.

The title company will get the actual payoff from the lender and the parties can amend the contract if needed.   

Some judges will allow you to amend that number through the date of the eviction,  some will let you ask for the entire amount due through the balance of the lease(very rare) and some will not let you modify at all.

However, it has caused other problems.I do not expect the law to be totally done away with (although it is possible) but I do expect some type of amendments to allow certain types of foreclosures to resume.Either way when this new inventory hits the market I believe the market will soften.

Later in the year, and before submitting any additional taxes, they filed an amended return with I assume the correct amount of income.
