HUD in Lease Agreement?

I have a couple rentals in Missouri, and have finally decided to get in with HUD on my latest one. I've went through the inspection and it passed. But the office really doesn't communicate well with me in what is needed, or return my calls. I have a lease agreement that I amend for each property, but with HUD does it have to have certain language? Also if they will only approve $677/mo but were charging $695, do I need to have that inputed into the lease? Just trying to get an idea of what the lease needs to look like with a HUD rental. Thanks
