If your goal is to build wealth, then this mindset, in my opinion, is more the mindset of the middle class (the savers mindset) than the wealthy (investors mindset).

Did I make money on the house, yes, but I am by no means wealthy or a professional flipper.Should they have pushed closing back or had they're own technician diagnose the issue, yes, but they didn't.

i have heard similar from others that really started earning a lot more than they were used to  i guess this is how super wealthy folks can say they dont feel wealthy  

I tend to agree with the more seasoned investors with time tested experience who espouse that real wealth is built from free and clear properties.

I agree with @Russell Brazil if you, @Ayyub Omer want to get wealthy in the long run you would be better off buying in one of the high demand markets around the US
