It could cost a couple hundred bucks but you can just roll that cost into your assignment fee or put it as a separate buyer-paid cost on your assignment contract (which you should also file with your title attorney/company as soon as you get it signed).Definitely have a contingency in your Purchase and Sale Agreement with the seller based on a clean and marketable title.

I have learned a lot from our interactions and left it at that. not to mention rental insurance would be hard to find for a pitbull and cost a premium amount if it did.Things I learned 1 trust your gut and instinct you most likely aren't over thinking it if something feels off it just might be .2. do not decline applicants or take your listing down before you have a signed lease in hand. 3.dont let how the people look on paper and your need to get some 1 in there cloud your judgment. 4. hope this can help some 1 learn from my mistakes.

You might want to look at their help pages or, if necessary, contact their support staff.I will say, don't do the whole state of Rhode Island, if it's by county then just start with Providence county since you'll tend to get the state's most populous areas anyway and even just from that it will probably cost a lot more to mail to all absentee owners in that entire area than you're expecting, so see if you can find out how many results you'll be getting, before paying to download the entire list.Figure out your cost to mail each recipient, which at the bare minimum would be postage, but if you're using service will probably be more, and then do the math to figure out if you really want to spend to target the entire Providence county area.My recommendation would be that if you can limit it by city, just start out with the city you live in, that way if you get calls it will be relatively easy for you to go check the properties out.
