Tackling the 'best with what you have' and 'use what you got' is how my brain works.I love discussing options and ideas and thoughts with others, to learn more and as much as I can.

Now, we had two options on the table: pay PG&E, the electric company, to do the upgrade for us, or hire our trusty contractor to tackle the task.

Though I have yet to look in my market area, and I know it’s not good to listen to other people gossip I did hear that our market out here is really high, and I don’t have a lot money to start with, so I’m trying to find the best route to tackle my house hack, while still trying to educate myself in the process which I still have no idea what I’m doing to begin with.

I'm not thrilled that this site allows salespeople to make major recommendation like this. this is a huge and risky and complicated undertaking and those with a vested interest in making a commission from you should not be saying things like this. in fact I think she is bordering on spamming here which is not allowed.
