I'm sure I've seen posts related to this - too many to think of now.Initially, I went through all the metrics to learn the meaning and when to use it in all the evaluations I did.The conclusion I came to was that as long as my end result was a good cash flow, I didn't have to look too hard at one metric or another (given that it's within what I know is a good return for me.
