Not a big fan of Hubzu as it seems all the administrative activities were outsourced to India thus making closings a mess.  

We manage awe Alert all pm activities for landlordS and even PM Companies as outsource .It would benice to ShaRe IDEAS.D.

I will add 14 days padding for mishaps = 30 days total For my 100% outsourcing flippers...

I rather outsource this task to someone with more experience in this field than me.

Have you had any success outsourcing this?  

Even if you plan on managing them yourself, your time is worth something and going into it with this thought in mind means that if you need to outsource this you have already accounted for the costs right up front.

Cant outsource the buying really, but most everything else I do is coordinating the efforts of other people, which can be done from anywhere.

Easier to outsource property management and I think you get more economy of scale per door.  

This allows me to manage the rehabs without having to actually go visit the houses.Also a big fan of using oDesk and other virtual assistants to outsource most of my document signing and other admin work.
