Hey @Evelyn Velez - Ironically I am from Chicago and @Marcus Auerbach is from Milwaukee....just like your posts indicates hahaAnyways...inspectors often generate more concern than necessary for newer investors (which is there job btw).  

Is it slate roofs, or cast iron plumbing, or bad foundations.

@Oren Pfeffermann I've found a few fence folks that are solid and ironically the bigger the company the better the price and service.To the point of sharing the fence:  it's definitely worth asking. 

We really don't want to have to iron every time either. 

Put a different way: If you have multiple "irons in the fire", try and move some toward ventures that are more stable if you feel a downward trend coming.

I like Vilas county but iron county and sawyer counties are also good.

Ironically, In my market, I almost think you’d have a better shot of doing $200k for a $1M cabin than you would $100k for a $500k home if that makes any sense.
