The problem is that agent's have too much incentives to just be "social media star's" and honesty that is 100% the consumers fault, it's there fault hiring poorly, using really dumb measures for deciding whom they hire for the job of agent. 

Honest is when they tell you the truth 100% of the time, even when they will lose some money or a listing, a sale, etc.

Some of my personal goals include treating every client with honesty, integrity, and respect.

This rational approach gives me confidence that we will overcome the inevitable obstacles.Honest and TransparentI need honesty and transparency at all times from my people.

To be honest I think I will get active in all 3 of your suggestions.  

@Artem Belayev i use LUX. they have been awful. do not buy them. my contractor cant figure them out. its been a mess to be honest. i am going to put the old ones back on and put the thermostat cages around them. i have to admit that is smart with what you are doing with the overage. i may need to implement that. thank you for sharing that.

It takes a lack of honesty and integrity to skirt laws and broker without a license.

I've registered an LLC with our Secretary of State and also obtained an EIN from the IRS using my local home address as the address of record (state website would not accept a PO box and to be honest I don't really want to pay for one).

I want to start this off by saying that in all honesty, I'm usually not a very skeptical person and I am one to get ahead of myself and be misled into a bad idea or a scam that sounds too good to be true.
