The problem is that agent's have too much incentives to just be "social media star's" and honesty that is 100% the consumers fault, it's there fault hiring poorly, using really dumb measures for deciding whom they hire for the job of agent.

@Artem Belayev i use LUX. they have been awful. do not buy them. my contractor cant figure them out. its been a mess to be honest. i am going to put the old ones back on and put the thermostat cages around them. i have to admit that is smart with what you are doing with the overage. i may need to implement that. thank you for sharing that.
