Hey whats up guys!

My name is James Mann and I just turned 22 years old, I am new to this site and new to the business in general. I am a licensed Realtor in the state of Arkansas. I have had my licenses now for 6 months and currently have closed 7 deals with my 8th transaction pending. I do majority of my business in Jonesboro and the surrounding areas. It is a rapidly growing community and I am proud to call it my home. Ever since I got my licenses I have been learning about commercial property and trying to teach myself about it while working residential. I am hungry for knowledge and want to be as successful as I can be.

Some of my personal goals include treating every client with honesty, integrity, and respect. Closing 30 transactions in the first year of me having my license. Winning the Rookie of the Year Award. Consistently being in the top 5 ranked agents in my board of Realtors within 5 years of me having my license. Owning 5 businesses by the time I am 30 and also having a million dollars of revenue each year by a combination of rental property, business income, and representing buying and selling by the time I am 30.
