Focusing on a single house and trying to get a great deal is a recipe for disappointment.

After attending numerous seminars world wide over the last 5 years I am sad to say I have never been to a bigger sale pitched one like the Rich Dad Poor Dad one I attended in Kansas City.It actually made me feel very uncomfortable as to how hard the sale was.The book that changed my life was Rich Dad Poor Dad so it was very disappointing to see such pushy in your face sales strategies.This is just my opinion of the Kansas City seminar.Thanks.

If you go into it thinking you'll get rich quick and easy without taking any action, it would likely be a very disappointing mentorship to join.

I've been disappointed to see how many commercial landlords have been sticking their foot down on getting rent this month, threatening tenants with eviction, late fees, lease defaults, etc.

(the answer was no, and although I was incredibly disappointed, we walked).

There are lots of threads on BP by people who did that and were successful, and there are lots by people who were disappointed and didn't make nearly as much as they were supposed to on paper. 

People are only disappointed when they have expectations that aren't met. 5) Have a back up cleaning crew.

Huge disappointment, but not a surprise.

Great recommendation-and the only disappointment is I can't get into her Zoom quick enough--which is certainly good news for her team~!  

If you expect to learn strategies in how to become a successful agent or real estate investor you will be highly disappointed in my opinion.
