The 8-10k is total for both units and includes 2k for machines, as well as digging into the floor to tap into the main drain line, as the sink drains are only 1.5 inches.

They did an audit and found out I had a 1 inch meter instead of a 3/4 inch meter which requires a higher base charge per meter.

i hate this pool. it turned out to have walls that were 8 inches thick with rebar going in 2 directions. i hate it!!

Recently we pulled all the paneling off the walls in the basement of a house we were redoing and as mentioned earlier there was a nasty mastic holding the paneling on that was giving us grief to remove, so instead of spending days scraping we just put a new layer of 1/4 inch rock in its place and finished it out.

As far as holes in the walls, it is unfortunate that some tenants use large nails to hang pictures and they make other holes in the walls for who knows why, but repairing even large holes 12" x 12" inches won't bust your piggy bank because we freshen every unit when a tenant moves with a coat of paint and if you are using a painter worth his weight in salt then he should be able to patch a few very large holes within 1 or 2 hours and the cost for materials should be no less than $30 to not one penny more than $50.You will just waste your time and aggravate yourself by feeling your are a victim and you have been violated.

I agree, diversification is crucial, that is why I will continue with my current W2 income and 12% 403(b) contributions that are 4% matched by employer that increase annually.What are your thoughts on the old mantra of BP talking about going a "mile deep but an inch wide?"
