. $100 vinyl windows are a great upgrade from single pane combos in a lower priced area, but you wouldn't dream of installing them in a fancy area, there it might be $600 wood windows and it'll likely cost more to install them as well because fancy homes often have lots of fancy woodwork and such, which adds up to much more work to install correctly than on a low priced home with simple trim.

It makes the house pop when you have the neutral paint, the white trim and the blinds in.Plus, I'd much rather put the blinds in myself then let the tenants put up their own stuff.

I use Sherwin Williams products and used to use their master hide in dover white color. which is a flat contractor grade flat in off white and contrasts nice with white semi-gloss trim. it touches up very easy and blends well..... when as mark stated to same application method is used.

Else you'll have trash all over your park- trim trees (the number one risk to MHs even though they are owned by occupants) you don't want a lot to stop paying rent.- sewer and water and some times electricity infrastructure is owned by the park.There's more expenses than you'd guess for even occupant owned homes.

On top of that, there is no door trim around the front door and I can see outside light in the door jambs, older-looking granite, and photo #21 shows a bathroom that wasn't rehabbed.
