Fear of failure is a huge stumbling block for many.

Its funny, I stumbled onto BP a few years ago and it has been not only foundation in real estate education, but also entry into personal finance and onto other blogs/podcasts, grinding reading all I can, turning my drives into a classroom. 

I managed to get quite a few emails/calls about it, and one email was essentially a "Hey, I like what you're doing in Ohio, if you want some money, let me know".I felt like I had stumbled into the first group of guys, so stumbling into another investor was very unlikely so I contacted back and said something like "Hey, I can use some money, there's a duplex for $52.5k I'm looking at , if you're interested in it, I'll set up a new LLC that you can fund".

I'm not exactly sure how I stumbled onto this site, but I did and have since been listening to the podcast and several audio books by Brandon (who I learned lives on Maui and I will need to look him up) and David G. as well as the audiobook Crushing It in commercial real estate, which references this site often.I own an IT service business with a focus on big box retail stores.

With all that said, I stumbled across a quadplex for just $159k and it's been recently renovated?!?

I like the brrrr strategy, but scaling is a stumbling block.

My goal is to fix & flip at least 12 properties a year, roughly one per month, to start – we’ll see how that goes.I stumbled across BPs while doing internet research for educational/networking resources on fix & flips; and joined BPs with a basic membership, to start.So, here I am, looking forward to learning as much as possible about the fix & flip components of real estate!

Around Plaza in DPH, somebody can lay beaten in an ally for a week before somebody that cares stumbles across them.
