Hello, I’m Lorayne, a Real Estate Broker living in Sacramento, CA.

For the past couple of years, I have been working with a RE investor, primarily, as the Broker of Record for his fix & flip company.  I became intrigued with his process, the subsequent challenges, and of course, his profit margins; although, I must admit, that initially, I was very skeptical of the business - you know, things like "Could this really work? Is this a scam?"

I've since learned, not only "Could it work" but it "Does work"; so, here i am throwing my hat in the fix & flip 'Ring."

My goal is to fix & flip at least 12 properties a year, roughly one per month, to start – we’ll see how that goes.

I stumbled across BPs while doing internet research for educational/networking resources on fix & flips; and joined BPs with a basic membership, to start.

So, here I am, looking forward to learning as much as possible about the fix & flip components of real estate!

I've reviewed some of the posts, and read the getting started guides, and am really excited to be a part of BPs and look forward to having a wonderful experience!

Thanks for having me. . .
