Bryenne Korte I rent out my primary residence -- what should I do now??

In order to keep growing wealth the details must be attended to.At this point your issue may be one of damage control and not of strategic financing.I believe that doing a quitclaim deed  may trigger a due on sale clause regardless of the amount of money was exchanged (i.e. nothing) or to whom you do it to (i.e. your own LLP).It seems due on sale's are fairly common and It may be that your original loan did not have a due on sale clause thus the bank didn't call due the full amount of your loan yet.I gather that the only other option is that the bank does not presenetly know about the transfer to the LLP.I would be curious at their reaction when they do find out, if their is, in fact, a due on sale clause on your original loan. If I were you I would be certain that my loan did not have a due on sale before I approached the bank. That would tell me where I stand on the due on sale clause and thus tell me where I need to go from that point. If you are in the damage control issue I wouldn't know at all how to navigate that. However In my experience I have found people who will help me with a situation like that on BP and in my local RE community.Best Wishes
