my position on paid training is: Need to be able to pay cash for it not put it on your CC Need to be able to actually partake in what your training for  IE have capacity to transact.Real estate in most forms is capital / credit intense with neither of these things in MOST markets its is very rare that the I have no money and no credit individual can succeed.

You also do not know any of our qualifications or why we would have "the answer" for your situation.When you say you are tired from real estate it is obviously the managing aspect because that is more time intensive than the owning real estate part.
