I can trace at least two deals in the past year to ideas directly attributable to this practice.Full Disclosure - I like the videos too but try to be more conscious of the time involved so I don't lose track of time. 

They say anything they want to get what they want and use legitimate reasons like environmental and water restrictions to suit their own PERSONAL agendas of doing whatever they want.

I am currently working on buying a piece of industrial real estate that allows me to perform a Phase I Environmental Study, which, to those that don't know, is essentially researching archives and paperwork to help to determine if there MIGHT be a former use of the property that COULD have caused reason for concern of the potential contamination.  

Demons do possess limited power over supernatural world, and and can take over, influence or even possess living  people, or animals and usually invited to possess by person directly thru evil actions, occult power or seared ungodly conscious. 

Something i am most self conscious of in life is my lack of a college education (although i am working to get one - slowly).

but they don't realize you have to take out an acre for roads and you have other environmental issues that keep full utilization of the property .. but they just see what someone else listed their for.. 

To which I reply that men and women have different emotional and environmental needs, my major concern with the mixed-sex living situation is when both parties/genders become annoyed with the other in the common areas of the home. 

A lender will require a appraisal, environmental phase 1, and a professional property inspection.

What has kept me involved up to this point is a consciousness of where I want to be in contrast to where I am now.
