Thomas S. can confirm for me, but I believe that you can't enforce any payment order (by LTB or even small claims) against a person who is on any form of government assistance (welfare, disability, refugee...)If there is more than one name on the lease and at least one of them has a job, then you are good to go.

Refi the original VA loan to something other than a VA and then apply for a VA loan as if it's your first.A side note if you have a VA disability rating of 10% or greater you can have the funding fee waved.
