If I was just browsing without clicking in to all the pics, I'd assume it was an untouched foreclosure

@Seth Hochberg Thanks for advice, yea I can use them but I don't want to risk browsing money from credit cards or other people yet unit I can prove myself that I can do this.

I suggest my guy; a fellow named Brad Sumrok, you can google him (read this - I have not learned how to point at his site in this interface). 

Proximity is close to PS/PD and browsing #s on AirDNA it seems that revenues are fairly competitive with those cities.IndioI don't see any zoning or contract resritctions for this city either.

Average rental cost won't help much and you'll get a better idea of real world rents if you just browse available units. 

From Panama City over to Pensacola (with a few superior areas such as Destin, Miramar Beach, Navarre, and Panama City Beach) is where I would browse.

There are quite a few free or inexpensive resources you can get that'll teach you the basics of where value can be found & created in storage, I'd recommend picking up a few books and browsing YouTube for basic storage investing lessons.
