My personal choice is either a Wyoming or New Mexico LLC, for differing reasons - mostly to do with privacy/cost/ease.The REALLY big thing, though, is to start getting property if you haven't.

By just reaching them on their house phone number they might feel as if you were invading their privacy, unless they work from home, they most likely do not like to mix their personal life with business. just my 2cents.
