It usually takes a few years for me to forget how bad they are and get tired of bookkeeping.

I know they aren't giving me accurate repair expenses and I assume it's because they are terrible at bookkeeping.

It really minimize the accounting fees but it increases the bookkeeping fees because of the extra time to account for everything correctly in each LLC.Our series LLC is based out of Delaware.

How do you record that for your own bookkeeping?  

For just a handful of units, you are better off getting a separate account for each; that way the bank does that penny ante bookkeeping instead of you.

I'm comfortable with technology and I do what I can to digitize my records and bookkeeping so that would work in favor for any route that I go. 

I use QuickBooks for all of our bookkeeping.
