I am considering waiting until I have a few more properties under my belt before I take this type of investing on...and will definitely have a property management company involved...I work a full time job in healthcare and sing with a couple bands on the side so my time is well spoken for. ;)@Aaron L.

I am 30 y/o, so retirement is pretty far down from now and I work in healthcare where my job is unionized so I have job security there.

Look at our healthcare and college systems for example.

My goal as a future investor is not to be doing rehabs and being okay with paying more for rehabbed homes so I can focus on growing my healthcare practice as well!

Want to give opportunity, education and experiences and not things like health care, affordable housing or food. 

One example would be impending healthcare costs and they dont have time to wait on a traditional sale and need cash now.

I'm an account manager for a healthcare company and am fortunate enough to work from home, so if all goes well, I'll be able to move without having to change jobs.
