This is very time sensitive, so if you know someone who can do this kind of work, and has a quick turnaround time, can you pass along?

I would much rather see a clean house even if they did it for the inspection than have to have a sensitive conversation about my standards of cleanliness vs. their standards of cleanliness.

So, with relatively static assets such as property or notes, any value near the end of the year will get the job done.For investors where the account value drives a taxable process, such as those subject to required minimum distributions or when a Roth conversion is taking place, then a more precise and arguably time-sensitive valuation is required.

I agree, and it's hard to find balance between running a business (for profit) and helping people when all people seem to want to do is kick you in the teeth. 

As well, the economics in our area evidently don't play out given the ratio of stick-built to modular you'll see around.I too prefer stick-building (it is after all, how I cut my teeth in the business) and using pre-designed plans and customizing them as needed, is an excellent way to go.  

Some people are more sensitive to the cat urine smell than others, and the Killz is noxious smelling until it dries, but I have had success with it.

Most rates quoted on a loan often can be time sensitive or valid for a period of time so it's logical to notice a variance of some sort if your initial quote was 90 days ago.
