Modular Home Construction Costs

I was wondering if anyone had a sense on the construction costs of modular homes, and if they knew how accurate these estimate calculators are on builders sites. I am in Maryland, and some of these calculators are spitting out build costs of $200k not including land for a 2300 square foot house.

Just sent you PM with modular company in Maryland who is very resourceful

I ended up not using them because size of home / room sizes was not feasible for a modular but I would use them for rental or spec home
